Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement in case you made a mistake or that they do not meet your expectations.

IMPORTANT: Before any return, it is necessary to contact us (via e-mail or phone) and obtain our consent for the return you want to make.
The following products are not returned: Underwear, swimwear – bottoms

FREE PRODUCT RETURNS

You have the right to return the product you received within 15 calendar days at no cost whatsoever
(for returns within Greece).

If the return is not made within 15 working days, then kiteclub.gr may not accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction. We emphasize that the date of shipment of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the purpose of checking the deadline. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Certificate, etc.). In case of a change in size, design, color of clothing, shoes, accessories due to a customer’s miscalculation, the customer sends the said goods back to us with ELTA COURIER and charges us and we send the new goods FREE OF CHARGE. In the event that the customer wishes a refund and it is not the company’s fault, the charge is 5.00 euros for the return of the product.

In short, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
▪ the return must be made within 15 working days from the day of receipt
▪ the product must not have been used
▪ the product must be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Sales Invoice, etc.)
If the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender. Otherwise, the cost of re-sending (replacement of the product) is entirely borne by our store for a single time

REFUND PROCEDURE

When we receive the product and your return is approved, the refund process can be completed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned products. If the payment was made by you via PayPal or by Credit Card, then the refund will be made accordingly. If you have paid by cash on delivery, please contact us for the account details that you wish the refund to be made directly to your bank account.
For returns within Greece, you are not charged shipping costs, if and only if they are made with the courier company ELTA COURIER.
